The Village at Lyons

The stunning surroundings of The Village at Lyons make for a truly unique location for a wedding reception.

The Mill is a spectacular double height space with seating capacity for up to 180 guests. The room’s panelled walls are offset by a soft and relaxing palette of neutral shades, while the dramatic 17th century fireplace and soothing sounds of the waterfall add to the uniqueness of the room.

The courtyard features a stunning dovecot – home to four pairs of white doves, adding that extra special fairytale element to a bride and groom's big day.

Shackleton Apartment, a lavishly decorated suite, is available to the bride and groom on their wedding night. With its classically styled rustic interior and remarkable four poster bed, this is the idyllic setting to begin life as a married couple. Along with Shackleton House (a 2 bedroomed cottage), there are also 14 luxuriously appointed suites available for guests wishing to stay overnight.

For the high flyers out there, there are helicopter landing facilities on site, it is also possible to hold civil wedding ceremonies Monday to Friday on the grounds themselves.
