Justin Alexander’s Stunning New Collection of Vintage Inspired Gowns

by charlottesmith@hitched

Expert craftsmanship and gorgeous vintage elements are Justin Alexander’s specialty when it comes to creating amazing wedding dresses, and his new spring/summer 2016 bridal collection is no different.

The wedding dress designer’s latest offering features unique dresses that are inspired by the 1950s and 1960s. All the dresses are made from luxurious materials such as silk, satin and lace, and feature unique touches such as illusion necklines and back detailing.

I’m in love with everything in this dreamy collection but I’ve picked out five favourites which I simply have to share with you. You can view the complete collection if you head to Justin Alexander’s page in our bridalwear section

Style 8756

This satin mermaid shape dress is the stuff dreams are made of! The sumptuous material and gorgeous retro shape will give you the most beautifully curvy silhouette.

Style 8795

This dress is vintage glamour at its finest. The tulle and organza skirt adds a dramatic statement and the laser cut embroidery gives a romantic touch. Style 8795 is a complete showstopper!

Style 8789

Style 8789 will make you feel at your elegant best with its A-line shape and illusion neckline. The embroidered lace bodice complements the shape of this gown perfectly. Add a pair of gloves like the model in this photo to up the vintage factor.

Style 8765

I’m obsessed with this satin fit and flare gown which would show off curves to perfection. The defined silhouette will nip you in in all the right places and the lace detailing at the hem, sleeves and neckline softens the look.

Style 8800

How gorgeous is this ballerina style tea length gown? The shorter length gives a more fun and playful bridal look and this is the perfect choice for brides who like the idea of a ball gown but don’t want a heavy, full skirt.
