Niamh couldn’t decide on just one wedding dress when it came to finding the gown of her dreams. Therefore she turned to the internet in order to gain inspiration before she hired a dressmaker in Dublin to design the perfect wedding gown.
Between them, the bride-to-be and dress maker Martha Keogh illustrated several ideas before creating a stunning gown. After adding a sweetheart neckline, pearl detailing, touches of chiffon and a pretty bow, the ultimate wedding dress was complete. The full-length ivory gown featured long sleeves, ideal for her winter nuptials. Niamh teamed her bridal style up with a champagne coloured head-chain from Emma McNulty Designs, and a fab pair of burgundy wedding shoes that she bought at a shop on Stephen’s Green.
Niamh had four adult bridesmaids and Blains gorgeous goddaughter Leah (who stole the show) as a flower girl. The bridesmaid’s dresses were designed by Dessy and came from Simone’s in County Sligo. The girls all looked fab on the big day and accessorised with simple gold chains and earrings to add that touch of pizzazz to their look.
