An Amazing Day

What an amazing day we had, from start to finish. The Loughrea Hotel went above and beyond to make our day so special for us and our guests. Everything was top class and professionally done. Our guests came from all over the country and were really impressed with the hotel, food and especially the staff everyone was so friendly and helpful. The meal and the ballroom were amazing and we had a fantastic time on the roof top garden the next day. It is a lovely bar with fantastic views of the lake and it gave us a lovely space to relax the day after with family and friends. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Loughrea Hotel for an amazing day..

Best Day Ever

We had our wedding reception here on October 23rd, what can I say only that if we were to do it all again we would not change a thing, Karen the wedding coordinator was the key to this, she is amazing, she made us feel so comfortable from the 1st day we met, a really lovely helpful girl, she made me feel so relaxed through the whole process and gave me all the advise I needed, the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are so friendly and plentiful, the roof top bar is amazing, we celebrated our 2nd night here with family and close friends, the reception room on the day looked fab, we had over 300 guests and there was plenty of space, I heard loads of compliments on the gorgeous food and the fact that it was lovely and hot for everyone. We had a number of guests who have since booked this hotel for their own wedding as a result of their experience at ours. The bridal suite which was recently updated again is just fantastic, the best I've seen and we will be returning there again, the Loughrea Hotel & Spa is overall the perfect place to book your wedding reception and the onsite hairdressers, beauticians and spa are a great addition. I would advise anyone to check this hotel out, you can't go wrong, thanks again for the best day ever!! Linda & Robbie

Excellent

We had out wedding at the Loughrea Hotel and Spa in April 2015. As we live in the UK we had to do alot of the preparation via email. We found that the staff responded quickly to our emails and worked tirelessly to meet our requests. The day itself couldn't have gone better. The venue was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious and the staff were excellent. We couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The Loughrea Hotel was everything we hoped for

Our wedding day & experience with the Loughrea Hotel was every thing we hoped for, for us, and for our guests. The staff are so friendly, efficient & go out of there way to accommodate & make sure everything goes to plan on the big day. The meal was gorgeous&plentiful, all the guests commented on how good it was. I would truly recommend the Hotel for your special day. We were so happy we picked this venue.

We had a Ball

Dear Karen, Thank you for everything on Saturday...we had a ball! Please pass on our thanks to all the staff...especially to Louise & the staff at the top table they were excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. Also please pass on our thanks to the manager on duty that set up the fight, all his hard work for 13 seconds :)

Little Touches

Amazing staff, Karen could not do enough to help us and went out of her way to do everything we requested. Food was excellent. Loved the way we got to do food tasting.
Our Guests are still talking about our day and complimenting the staff.

Thank You

Just dropping you a line to thank you for all your help in organising our wedding on Saturday 4th of July. We had a really wonderful day, and as Niall said in his speech, everything we asked of you, you achieved and more. We have received many compliments on the appearance of the hotel, the courtesy of the staff and the quality of the food. What our guests will not have noticed, but what we are very conscious of, is the personal effort that you yourself put in to make sure that everything ran smoothly for us. You were super efficient and organised and while being discrete you made either yourself or Ruth available and accessible to us all day.

Our Wedding Day

We had our wedding in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa in July. We were thrilled with everything from the beginning at the planning stages to the day itself.

Karen the wedding Co ordinator was super! She is extremely professional with great attention to detail. She is a real asset to the hotel.

The meal was served without delay and it was beautiful. Many of our guests remarked at how friendly and professional all the hotel staff were especially the servers. We had some guests with specific dietary requirements and they were catered for perfectly.

We had some children at our wedding, the smaller room just off the piano lounge was great. We had arranged for the kids to have their dinner served in there so the parents got to have their meal in peace, they were delighted. The hotel also had some DVDs and games organised for them so they were entertained for hours.

The bridal suite was fabulous. We were treated to a champagne breakfast the following morning which we enjoyed looking out at the beautiful views of Loughrea lake.

Although the weather for the day after wasn't in our favour, we had a bbq on the rooftop garden. The rooftop conservatory was great for our small gathering. The food was great and the cocktails were even better!!

We would highly recommend the Loughrea Hotel and Spa for a wedding or any special occasion. We would sincerely like to thank Pat and Una and all the staff especially Karen for all their hard work which made our day so memorable.

An amazing Day

We got married this summer in the Loughrea Hotel and our day was perfect from start to finish. Karen and the staff could not have done any more for us. They thought of everything and guided us along the way. Food and Service was amazing. Our guests still talk about what a great day they all had. Would highly recommend this hotel x

Our Perfect Day

From our initial meeting with the Hotel we were well looked after by extremely attentive and friendly staff - each and every one of them with a high level of attention to detail. We were able to relax on our wedding day in the knowledge that all of our guests were well taken care of. Every couple wishes for a relaxed wedding day that flows seamlessly - this is exactly what we got in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to family and friends for future occasions.

Everything Was Perfect

The Loughrea Hotel completed our special day from start to finish. The staff are exceptional they go above and beyond. Jennifer Gelston is simply wonderful she has all the time in the world to make each day perfect We would highly recommend this venue for any event, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jennifer and all the staff in hotel and Spa especially Debbie for my hair needs you are amazing.
