  Nothing was too much trouble

  Laoise and I got married in the Dunraven Arms on February 15th, 2019. We looked at several venues before choosing the Dunraven, but once we met with Hugh and Louis, there was only one choice for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and their calm professionalism throughout made them a pleasure to deal with. The staff of the hotel are cut from the same cloth, and this results in a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The function room isn't a function room in the modern, square room with no windows sense, but rather a large living room capable of seating 240 or so people in comfort. It was exactly what we were looking for. The food is exceptional. Embrace the tasting before the wedding. You won't regret it. A top class hotel run by genuine professionals. We loved it and so did our guests.

  The Perfect Venue

  We recently got married in Adare and had our reception at the Dunraven Arms Hotel - I can't speak highly enough about this hotel for a wedding. It has the perfect mix of charm, luxury and character as well as really great service and delicious food. When we were planning our wedding, two things were top of our list - (1) the food and (2) that our guests would feel looked after on the day. As soon as we met with Louis and had our tour of the hotel, we knew it was right for us. Everything went smoothly on the day, and our guests all enjoyed it immensely. We didn't have to worry about a thing as Hugh, Louis, Julie and the team had it under control. The accommodation is excellent, service was top notch and nothing is too much to ask. We had a lot of little queries and special requests for our guests and everything was arranged perfectly for us - we couldn't have asked for more. I generally don't take the time to write such long reviews but I so highly recommend this location if you are looking for a mix of character, charm, luxury, good service and excellent food for your big day.
