The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens has been welcoming couples for over 50 years and is renowned for its high standards of personalised and professional service and spectacular food in a unique location.

The magnificent property is situated on its own 64 acre estate in Beaufort, Co. Kerry overlooking the iconic Gap of Dunloe, the River Laune and is a short drive from Killarney town. Our Wedding at The Dunloe Hotel and Gardens

We had such a special day and weekend celebrating our wedding at the Dunloe thanks to the amazing food and staff there. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for us and all our guests raved about the hotel and many have vowed to revisit for a break in the future. The grounds of the hotel and nearby scenery provide amazing photo opportunities. Special thanks to Jason and Niamh who went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect on the day :)

Five Star Wedding Venue

We fell head over heels in love with this hidden gem the first time we met Jason and immediately knew this was the venue for us and our wedding was in safe hands. Jason is so competent, knowledgeable and easy to work with. From the moment we booked to this day.In the months leading up to our big day, Jason, Niamh and Simon could not have been more helpful and accommodating, always prompt to respond to any queries. We were always made feel so special and that our wedding was unique and important to them. Our wedding menu tasting in The Grill Restaurant was an outstanding experience. Our family and friends were made feel so welcome and it truly was a home away from home. Mark and I are both lost for words on how to describe the service on the wedding day but it completely exceeded all our expectations. From early morning to late that night, both Jason and Niamh checked in with us regularly throughout the day to make sure everything was going ok for us. They were there to wish us off to the cathedral and welcome us back for the celebrations. Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the grounds and hotel looked and most importantly how amazing the food was. We cannot complement the chef and kitchen staff enough for the quality of food that was presented. All the staff are so genuine and courteous and went above and beyond at all times. We are so grateful that everything flowed smoothly and perfectly on time, undoubtedly down to all the hard work that went on behind the scenes.
We could not have asked for a better wedding day and highly recommend The Dunloe Hotel and Gardens as a five star wedding venue.

Most Amazing Wedding Venue

I am eternally grateful for the fact that I was blessed with The Dunloe as our wedding venue, the most beautiful hotel and setting that I ever could have imagined. From my very first appointment at the hotel, during the many visits from London in the planning stages and on the weekend itself, the service and attention to detail that we experienced was highly impressive. It was fantastic to work with Jason and Niamh went above and beyond to support the planning; nothing was too much.

The Dunloe is the wedding hotel of dreams. The grounds, decor, staff and food were absolutely magical and all contributed to our wedding day being a showstopper. I can't thank Niamh, Jason and the staff enough for making planning a wedding from overseas a stress free process. I would highly recommend The Dunloe to anyone who aspires to the full fairytale experience. We - along with our families - are already planning our return trips to the hotel.

5 Star Wedding Venue

From the moment we picked the Dunloe as our wedding venue, the service we received was 5 star. On the lead up to the wedding we were treated like VIP’s by Jason, Niamh and all of the Dunloe staff. The staff could not be more helpful and really make you feel at home. From the food, quality wine, accommodation and room layout the Dunloe is second to none. On the wedding day itself, the service and presentation of the hotel, the reception and the dining room was impeccable. There was no stress organising our wedding as Jason and Niamh took care of everything. We had an elderly parent and grandparents with us who needed wheelchair assistance. On a few occasions throughout the evening Niamh was a huge help and went out of her way for them. The food and ambience at the reception and at the dinner itself was amazing, all our family and friends are still raving about it 3 weeks later. The wedding rate accommodation is very reasonable including breakfast (which was delicious). All of our friends and family are so excited to go back. If we could give this venue more then 5 stars for a wedding we would! Thanks so much again Jason, Niamh and all the staff

The Most perfect Wedding at The Dunloe

The team at The Dunloe couldn’t have made our special day anymore magical! The service provided from looking after the bridal party and getting the bride ready, accomodating our horses and carriage to feeding our guests was flawless! Surrounded by unicorns and immaculate gardens we had so much fun with our photographer! We will definitely be coming back for our anniversary

Wonderful Wedding Venue

To all the staff at The Dunloe a massive thank you from Owen and I for such an unforgettable wedding reception in July 2019.
Jason and Niamh, you were fantastic in the weeks running up to the wedding. We really appreciate the effort you both put in. The food, wine and venue were second to none. We are blown away by the location every time we visit. I cannot wait to return! A special mention also to Cormac at the front desk, no task was ever too big or small!

Our Wedding at The Dunloe

Myself and my now husband got married at The Dunloe on July 06th. From the very first day when we visited for our initial wedding consultation to the big day, the staff at this hotel have been nothing short of amazing!

Both myself and my husband were very familiar with the hotel before choosing it as our wedding venue, however we were still blown away by the level of professionalism displayed by all staff members going from front desk to kitchen staff, bar staff, accommodation and everywhere in between.
Special mention to Cormac at reception, Pearce in the bar, Mike in the restaurant.

I would especially like to recognise Jason Clifford General Manager and Niamh Coakley who ensured we had the very best day!

I would highly recommend The Dunloe as a wedding venue and we will be returning, it was always a special place for us and now it means so much more!

The Killarney wedding of our dreams

My husband and I got married in Killarney in June 2019. We had our ceremony at St Mary's Cathedral and our wedding reception at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens. We live in London and Jason and Niamh made it so easy for us organising a wedding from overseas. From the first email to Jason about The Dunloe being our potential wedding venue, to Jason meeting us and taking us through all the details and then finalising all the parts for our big day, there was nothing too much trouble or too big an ask. They made us, along with all our family and friends feel so welcome (we had 200 guests fly over from the UK). Everything was 5* perfection and luxury. The Friday night we had drinks in The Bar and the atmosphere was amazing. The day of the wedding was seemless; Jason, Niamh and all their staff are perfectionists and are so well organised. The food was INCREDIBLE! All our guests have commented on how amazing the food was. The honeymoon suite was so beautiful and just the quality of everything in the room was amazing! We honestly can't thank everyone enough at The Dunloe for giving us the wedding of our dreams and making it a weekend we will never forget!! Love Ben & Sarah Coker x

May 2019

My husband and I got married here on 3rd May and it was the best day! We are living in New York and when we got engaged we anticipated that it maybe difficult to plan a wedding from abroad but the minute we met with Jason we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel. Both Jason and Niamh were fantastic to deal with on the lead up to our big day. From the minute we arrived at the hotel for our drinks reception everything went so seamlessly and we were able to really enjoy our day knowing that everything was being taken care of so well. Both Niamh and Jason checked in with us regularly throughout the night to make sure everything was going okay for us and this was such a nice touch. We received so many compliments from our guests in regards to the hotel and the service provided that day. One of the main feedbacks we received was how exceptional the food was and how much they enjoyed their meal. Guests also commented on how amazing the staff were and so attentive on the day of the wedding. We were so happy with how everything turned out, it really was a fairytale. We could not recommend the Dunloe Hotel highly enough to anybody getting married in the future. Jason and Niamh went above and beyond what we could have ever expected and we will be forever grateful

September Wedding

We got married in this beautiful hotel with stunning grounds on September 29th and honestly our day was more than we both could ever have wished for. The hotel itself is spectacular especially since it’s recent refurbishment. The hotel staff were superb In the whole run up to the wedding and on the day they were so attentive to both us and all our guests. The food was also superb and all our guests commented on how good the day was. We can’t recommend Hotel Dunloe enough and we wish we could do it all over again. A big thanks to Jason, Niamh and all the team.

We couldnt have asked for a better wedding venue

Cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough for being the backbone in making our wedding weekend one to remember. The venue itself is stunning and comfortable, the food is faultless and the staff really did go above and beyond to ensure that us, our families and our guests felt welcomed into the hotel.
Given that we live in Australia, arranging for a wedding in Ireland should have probably been a bit of a nightmare. Jason and Kayla made it a walk in the park. on the day we ran an hour behind, In hindsight this must have been a nightmare to Jason and the crew who were looking after the planning of secret fireworks that were to go off after the meal! But they never let on for a second that we were being awkward, and if they were stressing out they hid it well! They seemed to just roll with our night and made sure every detail ran absolutely perfect. Everywhere you went there was a friendly face telling you what parts of Killarney and the grounds of the hotel to explore and making sure you didn’t need anything. i was really impressed that the very same standard arrived out to 150 guests that night, hats off to the staff.We decided to have our day 2 in the Dunloe as well and again, people are still talking about it! We had a barbecue and pig on the spit - but not like any barbecue I have ever been at before! Everything the Dunloe presented was top notch and definitely far more then I ever would have imagined a hotel would offer for a wedding weekend. If your thinking about the Dunloe as a wedding venue, don’t hesitate, I really can’t recommend it highly enough.

Excellent Wedding Venue

First things first, the venue is stunning. When we’re in the hotel, we’re looking at all the furniture and making future plans for our own home’s décor because it’s so well decorated. You can see people’s eyes widen as they enter the building. Each room has its own personality and you don’t get the feeling of fake luxury that many seemingly fancy hotels exude.They predicted everything!We were lucky to have a beautiful day, and the Dunloe grounds made for some lovely photos of our wedding party and family. The reception room is my favourite — recently remodeled. It’s gorgeous. The furniture, the décor, the bar, the balcony and views — a perfect setting to share in tears and laughter with your most cherished people just after tying the knot. The food was wonderful (seafood salad is amazing as a starter!) and the service was impeccable — fast and responsive. No guest went hungry between the ceremony and dinner, and definitely not between the reception and dinner. The food was abundant and servers even offered our guests extra portions. Plus, they’d even offered some flexibility with menu options. Overall, they coordinated everything perfectly for us, including the song we would enter to, the timing of it, our path to our table — things we never would have thought of. They informed us when we hit certain amounts related to drinks, as promised—and always very discreetly. Although we’d coordinated our own ceremony and designed that venue ourselves, we couldn’t have imagined coordinating the rest of the celebration. The amount of work that must have went into it and the precision with which it was delivered will continue to impress us and make us smile when we think about our day. We highly recommend The Dunloe for your wedding day.
