We’re Lisa and Gary, partners in life and in cake.

Together, we run The Farmhouse Bakery from our family farm in the heart of the West of Ireland. Gary is the baker, crafting each sponge with care, while Lisa brings every design to life with soft buttercream, structured fondant, delicate details, colourful florals and a love for creating something truly special.

Every cake that leaves our kitchen is inspired by the beauty around us, the fields, the seasons, and the quiet charm of country living. It’s our joy and privilege to be a small part of life’s biggest moments.
