  My daughters Wedding.

  My daughter and my now son in law had their wedding reception in the Castle Oaks last Friday. From the very 1st visit to the hotel Liam and his team have been outstanding. No task was out of reach. They went above and beyond every call and accommodated us over 100% with every request. The staff on the day and service provided was absolutely outstanding. The food was well above Michelin standard and free flowing wine, just to mention a few points. Even down to the early hours of the morning and the following day, the standard remained very high. Liane and Kevin had an amazing day, as did their guests. The suites and rooms were impeccable, and a large buffet breakfast with plenty of variety awaited guests the following morning. Set in beautiful surroundings covered in flora and fauna, the Castle Oaks created the perfect backdrop for their photographs, and the memories made there will be ones to cherish forever. I wish there was a 10* rating ... of which I would give without doubt. Thank you Liam, Patrick, Gobnait and all the staff for what Liane and Kevin now call the best day of their lives. It was more than a pleasure dealing with you all and I remain forever grateful for the fantastic service you provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Castle Oaks House Hotel for anyone wishing to have the perfect wedding.

  Superb Venue!

  Superb venue for a wedding reception. Gorgeous period features, stunning grounds, food and service to the highest standard. Liam and team are fantastic to deal with. Guests remarked it was the best hospitality they had seen. Nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation caters for all different budgets between chalets, apartments and the house itself. We can't wait to return back for our next stay, it is such a romantic location. Thank you for everything.

  We were so well taken care of!

  We were so well taken care of. Liam couldn't have done more. We had such a brilliant day! We're still getting compliments on the food. We loved that all of our guests could stay in the hotel and that the venue was exclusively ours for the evening. Can't recommend it highly enough!

  We could not have asked for a better weekend.

  We just had our wedding at the Castle Oaks House Hotel and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Liam and the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the evening went like clockwork. The grounds surrounding the hotel are also great for photos. I would highly recommend the Castle Oaks. We had the best weekend of our lives. Thanks again Castle Oaks.

  Such An Amazing Day

  We had such an amazing day thank you so much. Hard to believe it's all over. You were so easy to work with from start to finish and the staff, service, food and hotel itself were just amazing. People are still talking about how beautiful the hotel is and that the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding. We had an absolute ball and are so glad we picked castle oaks house hotel. We'll definitely be back to visit! The trip in the VW Camper van took 3hours 45mins in the end, and we were frozen but it was worth it!

  We could not have had a better day.

  Recently held our reception in the castle oaks and we couldn't have had a better day. Booked early last year and never had a single issue or problem. We dealt with Liam on every occasion and found him very professional, thorough and efficient....also great fun. The run up the big day was stress free thanks to the hotel, the meal was absolutely beautiful and all our guests raved about the hotel afterwards. Delighted to highly recommend the castle oaks and we hope to call in for a visit over the xmas.

  The perfect Wedding venue

  My new husband and I are delighted to recommend the Castle Oaks House Hotel to anyone who is planning their wedding in the Munster area. The location is stunning, the staff were simply amazing and the food is divine!
  
  Although they host 100's of weddings every year, they made us feel like we were the only one the whole time. Liam, Ciara, Patrick and the team were available to us no matter the question both before and on the big day.
  
  All our guests have been raving about how delicious the food was! The team were very kind to recommend their favourite dishes and offer us advice and they were absolutely right on everything.
  
  The venue and the grounds looked amazing on the day, we were super lucky with the weather given that it's November, so the grounds had a blanket of autumn leaves. The colours, the woods and the Shannon all came together to give a stunning backdrop.
  
  We could not have asked for a better venue, I highly recommend the Castle Oaks. You will not be disappointed!

  An amazing day

  Thank you so much to Liam and his team in Castle Oaks. We had an amazing day... great attention to detail, lovely service, delicious food... and the setting is just perfect. All our guests commented on the excellent wedding meal and brekkie the next morning! Thanks again, you made our day very special.

  A Great Venue for our Wedding Day

  What a great venue for our wedding day!! Liam, Ciara, Patrick, Rebecca and all the team really looked after us. They allowed us to decorate the room ourselves and really add our own touch. It was such a nice cosy atmosphere for all our guests and everyone remarked at what a wonderful location the Castle Oaks is. Everyone remarked at how quick the food came out to their respective tables and how piping hot it was on arrival, not to mention delicious!
