We got married on the 17th August 2018, it was so relaxed and beautiful. Dealing with Eve, Caroline and staff throughout the planning was so straight forward. Any questions we had were answered ASAP and they were all so helpful. Food was beautiful, views were spectacular and the hotel was tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of roads, towns and cities. Their cabins are fab and roomy. Balcony bedroom is especially comfortable and spacious. We were so delighted to be able to have our Wedding in Aherlow House. Thank you for making our Wedding Day special.

I had my wedding in the Maryborough June 2010 and what an amazing day it was .The hotel itself has a mix of the old vintage feel with a modern updated twist . As it was summer and fabulous weather so we had a marquee out in the gardens with the champangne reception , guests were in awe of this beautiful 5 star extravanganza , staff were so nice and accommodating with several requests . The dinner was absolutley ravishing , all the guests were talking how nice the food was especially for a big wedding of 195 . The room itself was stunning with no extra flowers or costs needed . The staff from when we booked the wedding until it was over could not have been more helpful & friendly . The only regret I have is that I never organised a post wedding barbuque for the Sunday , but still all friends and family chilled out in beautiful gardens for the afternoon having a few glasses of wine reminiscing about the days events . All in all I would highly recommend the Maryborough to anyone who wants a beautiful , elegant and quality day . It is well worth it !!! Xxxxx

Joanne O'Donovan We got married here on the 4th June 2016. The Sneem hotel was just amazing and made our day even more special. The location is stunning, we are both from West Cork and a lot of our guests had never been to Sneem before, they were just blown away by the place. On the run up to the wedding we were constantly in contact with Louise, who would always provide us with the best advice and nothing was ever too much bother. She's a real people person and would put you at ease straight away. The day off the wedding Louise and the staff really pulled it out of the bag. All the guests loved the food, the hotel looked amazing and the service was top class. It was the little touches and extras which I really loved and makes Sneem different from anywhere else. It was an epic day and I loved every minute of it!!

We recently got married in Adare and had our reception at the Dunraven Arms Hotel - I can't speak highly enough about this hotel for a wedding. It has the perfect mix of charm, luxury and character as well as really great service and delicious food. When we were planning our wedding, two things were top of our list - (1) the food and (2) that our guests would feel looked after on the day. As soon as we met with Louis and had our tour of the hotel, we knew it was right for us. Everything went smoothly on the day, and our guests all enjoyed it immensely. We didn't have to worry about a thing as Hugh, Louis, Julie and the team had it under control. The accommodation is excellent, service was top notch and nothing is too much to ask. We had a lot of little queries and special requests for our guests and everything was arranged perfectly for us - we couldn't have asked for more. I generally don't take the time to write such long reviews but I so highly recommend this location if you are looking for a mix of character, charm, luxury, good service and excellent food for your big day.

Sinead Gillen, the hotel's Wedding Co-ordinator is lovely and the reason we booked the Carrigaline Court. When we were booking, we felt she was a genuine person who would do her utmost to look after us and after we had signed on the dotted line, she followed through with everything she said had promised us. Nothing was impossible. From the moment we arrived on our wedding day, our every need was catered for. Everything was thought of and we were very well looked after. The bar, waiting and reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We thought the engraved champagne glasses were a lovely touch. There was a great atmosphere in the Bistro when we arrived and that buzz carried on into the meal. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent; every course was lovely but the beef was a real winner with everyone. The monkfish was fantastic also. The kitchen staff obviously took great time and effort to get this right and I can only commend and praise them for it. The silver service for the main course was a really nice touch and made it really special for everyone. Barry and his team were fantastic to watch and be served by. From the moment we first made contact with Sinead to our final chat with Barry and Eilis just after check out, all I can say is that our wedding day was handled with the utmost professionalism. It really felt like 5 star service. It made our wedding day fun, relaxing and extremely enjoyable; one where we can confidently look back on it knowing that everyone thoroughly enjoyed our day. I hope they enjoyed dealing with us as much as we did with them.

We had our wedding reception here in 2010 and it was fantastic, food was amazing, especially the deserts!. The staff were absolutely brilliant and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We had about 75 guests and the dining room was the perfect size.

We recently celebrated my wedding at the Celtic Ross Hotel. We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to Neil, Teresa and all the staff for their superb service both on the day and throughout the planning process. Having spoken to friends and family who have had weddings in West Cork over the past few years, I was delighted to hear the amount of "hidden extras" that were included in our package, that would cost extra at other hotels in the area. The sea side setting speaks for itself and the food was absolutely fantastic –of the highest quality and plenty of it! I’m still receiving complimentary feedback from guests on it. When we got engaged, we did what most couples do - we went through the motions and looked at possible venues to hold our reception. I always knew that we would never find a venue like Jack's...with guests travelling from both home and abroad, we wanted that certain ' je ne sais quoi'. On the day itself, we didn't have to travel far-from Cromane Church to Cromane beach for the photos and straight to Jack's where we had that very important time for meeting our guests in the garden. We were able to relax, sip champagne and enjoy the fabulous selection of canapes in the glorious sunshine as J.P. serenaded us all. Local guests had a great sense of what was to come but it was the reaction of friends and family, who had not yet experienced what Jack's had to offer, that proved to us that we had been perfectly right in choosing Jack's to host our reception. Comments that stand out for me would be ' undiscovered gem', 'an exclusive venue', 'spectacular location', 'Michelin- star quality food', 'precision detailing', ' faultless service' and my personal favourite ' Best Wedding Ever'! We enjoyed every moment of our Wedding Day and as the sun was rising the following morning, we didn't have to walk home, (as planned), as Brian had organised for us to stay in one of their houses next door. It was the perfect end to the perfect day. Thank you so much Brian, Pauline ,J.P., Jonathan and all the staff in Jack's for making the day such a wonderful success.

It was without a doubt one of the best days of our lives!! The service, the experience and the staff all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for you and the team who looked after all our details during and towards the build-up of the day. From start to finish you all made it very easy, enjoyable and smooth to plan. The presentation, quality and service was second to none. Also thanks to Michael & Kern who ensured the Wedding day ran smoothly. So many family members and friends complimented the hotel and the way everything was dealt with over our wedding weekend and commented on how friendly and polite every staff member was who they crossed paths with. I have no problem recommending the Clonmel Park Hotel for any function, family event or even just a weekend away.
