I was lucky enough to be married in Balyna House last year and it was the best decision we ever made. The staff was amazing and so attentive to every need. The chef Daniel has to be one of the best, his presentation and attention to detail is something to rival. Set in the country it was a idyllic spot for my guests to get away for the weekend and feel like they true ly had the run of the own beautiful stone village for the day. There is just a feeling you have when you are in Balyna House, it's a calm home freely feel that is unforgettable. No bride will ever be disappointed if booking their wedding here. 5 Star and more!!!!:)

A place where dreams literally come true. Our wedding was made so unbelievably special by all the team. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine a place that I would forever hold in my heart but I do hold Castle Durrow in my heart. As we checked out I felt like I was leaving my home. I couldn't possibly rate Castle Durrow high enough. The Castle and the team are second to none. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to Peter, Shelly, Suzanne, Niamh, Alice, James and all the team you will all remain very close to our hearts.

We just got married in Leixlip house hotel last Saturday, we had 85 guests and the service and attention to detail from the management and staff was second to none. Included in their platinum package was Food for 80 guests.. we went for the cod and sea bass duo and pork medallion and the feedback from our guests was amazing and service was second to none.  Band called rewind and DJ was also included. Who had the dance floor full all night, which was a worry for me since we only had 85 guests, but they were fantastic at getting people up and involved. Wedding car , a beautiful vintage Bentley. 3 tier wedding cake... Which was delicious. Cocktail reception. We had Mohitos  Really tasty canapes for our guests as we went for photos And a holiday in Portugal, which we will use in June next year. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better day. Anthony who looked after us on the day was brilliant and ensured that all our guests had everything they needed and the wine was flowing freely. Only drawback was that there were only 19 rooms in the hotel, but there were loads of other hotels nearby  which were taken up by our guests. Thanks to the hotel for making our day a truly special one that we will never forget.

I cannot say enough good things about Dromhall Hotel. They are extremely professional in everything they do. Any queries I had on run up to wedding was dealt with efficiently by Ciara no matter how many questions I asked her!! On day of wedding itself Michael could not do enough for us. Our guests are still talking about the attention to detail and the amazing food. I would highly recommend the Dromhall Hotel they made everything and everyone so relaxed. I know our guests will be talking about the Dromhall Hotel for some time to come.

My new husband and I recently had our wedding in the newly refurbished Arboyne it is back with a bang, having been to many a wedding there over the years i know its reputation for good food, and great weddings but it has completely transformed and it was perfect for our big day everything was perfect. We could not have asked for more from all the staff they were so accommodating and professional over the last year and everything we needed was done, wish we could do it all again and if we could we would be back to the Ardboyne, many thanks and see you on our anniversary kindest regards Ann & James

Lough Eske castle is the perfect venue to have a wedding. The grounds and main building are stunning, the staff are phenomenal and everything is designed to make the wedding day as stress-free as possible for the bride and groom. Probably the best aspect of the wedding there is having Stephen Bell as the organizer - he is at once highly organized, efficient and extremely nice and generous with his time. He was in contact with us for at least a year before the wedding and was even helpful to us after the wedding was over. We felt like we were in very good hands at all times. The castle and surrounding areas (e.g the lake) give numerous opportunities for photographs. And despite how good everything is - and despite their countless awards - the price is extremely reasonable compared with comparable venues at other locations across the country. I have no criticisms of Lough Eske Castle whatsoever and my wife and I plan to go back there many times in the future.

Each and every staff member were fantastic to us. As a team you are quite remarkable and could not possibly have done anymore to make our day more special than it was. From our early discussions with Susie, Wedding Co-ordinator to our requests to your Head Chef Jenny, and the excellent assistance and advice from your Management team, we were always comfortable that our wedding was indeed in good hands. You really did make us feel that we were the only people that mattered. It felt at times we were the only wedding you had booked all year. You really made us feel that special. On the day itself your attention to detail was evident from very early on. The room was magnificent, all the work that went into the room set up was incredible. We brought lots of our own stuff into the room for the day and the staff set it up so well. A huge amount of work went into the room set up, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff were all so lovely to us and acted like it was no extra effort, even though I knew the effort was involved. The room was then magically turned around for the band with no apparent effort. The food you served was excellent and served by very friendly and confident staff. In fact many of our guests passed comments on the “friendly staff who constantly smiled". Our brief to you was to give our guests a party to remember and you certainly delivered on that. Everyone is still commenting on the food - right from the drinks and canapés on arrival to the reception and the afters food, it was all perfect.

When we were looking at wedding venue we decided to view the Marriott in Ashbourne & the minute we walked into reception and meeting Ciara we knew it was the venue we wanted for our wedding. We got a lovely welcome from all staff. Ciara and Georgina and all the staff were very helpful nothing was too much hassle for them. On the day Georgina was so attentive to us and all our guests. We would highly recommend the hotel and staff to anyone getting married and if we were to do it all again we would without hesitation choose the Marriott again. Not only did we enjoy it all our guests couldn't praise the hotel, food and staff highly enough. Alot of our guest along with us stayed on for a second night and made use of the karaoke room and it was really enjoyable. Your Wedding day truely is the best day of your life and the Marriott really contributed to making it ours.
